Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your phone number current; it's how you sign in. You're responsible for everything posted from your account.
Listings and content
You own what you post and grant Zebra LLC a licence to display it within the service. Post only items you have the right to sell and photos you have the right to use. Prohibited: illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit items, adult content, scams, and anything that violates local law.
Transactions
Deal.tj and Bulbul.tj connect buyers with sellers and customers with specialists. We are not a party to any sale, rental or job and don't handle payments between users. Inspect items and meet in public places.
Sanduq.tj shipping
You buy from retailers with your own account and are responsible for what you order. We ship packages received at your Sanduq address according to the rates shown at sanduq.tj. Prohibited and restricted items under US export and Tajik import rules cannot be shipped.
Conduct
No harassment, spam or impersonation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Liability
The services are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Zebra LLC is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, carrier delays, or service interruptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
