Delete your account

Applies to Deal.tj, Bulbul.tj and Sanduq.tj. We delete your account and data within 30 days.

Email support@zebrallc.dev naming the app and the phone number you used to sign up. We'll confirm by SMS to that number before deleting.

What gets deleted

Your profile, phone number, listings, photos, addresses and chat messages. Messages you sent to other users are removed from your side; the other party may still see their copy of the conversation.

What we keep

Records needed to resolve an open dispute, report or shipment, and server logs, which expire within 90 days.
