Who we are

What we collect

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, don't show third-party ads, and don't use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics SDKs in our mobile apps.

Sharing

Data is shared only with providers needed to run the service: SMS delivery, cloud hosting and storage, image delivery, and — for Sanduq.tj — carriers and customs. They process data on our instructions.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Removed listings and deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except where we must keep records to resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile and listings in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps. To ask for a copy of your data, email us.

Children

Our services are for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date at the top. Material changes are announced in the app.
